Discover Unique Tastes at Preacher Bar, Pint & Pistol, Tin Whiskey, and FM Pizza

As a creature of habit for most of my life, my husband and I have always stuck to our favorite restaurants, ordering the same dishes time and again. However, thanks to the 321HappyHour website, we decided to break free from our routine and embark on a thrilling culinary journey. To our delight, we discovered a whole new world beyond our usual choices.

During the past few weeks, we eagerly ventured into several new restaurants, and now we have four remarkable additions to share with you: Preacher Bar, Pint & Pistol, Tin Whiskey, and FM Pizza. Allow me to paint a vivid picture of each of these establishments:

8699 Astronaut Blvd. (A1A)

Cape Canaveral, Florida

We heard so many great things about Preacher Bar that we decided it was time to try it.  Opening in November 2014 by Richard Virgovic and Tomas Trska, this unique establishment is located in Cape Canaveral, Florida. The eclectic decor blends sparkling stained glass lanterns, Mexican-inspired artwork, and hints of gothic style. The atmosphere is casual yet upscale, welcoming families and offering handcrafted cocktails and a tantalizing menu.

The background music sets a lively tone, ranging from classics to current pop and electronic dance. Start your meal with crowd favorites like the Scotch Egg or Crispy Calamari with petal blossom sauce. For the main course, indulge in dishes like Bacon Mac N’ Cheese or Blackened Mahi Mahi Tacos with fresh ginger slaw and avocado cilantro cream sauce. Save room for sinfully sweet desserts like Tiramisu and Key Lime Pie.

Preacher Bar boasts a wide selection of over 40 craft, import, and domestic beers, as well as an ever-changing wine selection from around the world. If cocktails are your preference, their full liquor bar serves up delightful creations like the Preacher Mule and Moscow Mule, best enjoyed in the traditional copper mug. We had the Intracoastal and Space Cowboy crafts beer.  The bacon mac and cheese is a must try!

Preacher Bar welcomes guests daily from 11am. Dinner is served until 9:30 pm Sunday to Thursday and until 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Come and experience the unique atmosphere, delectable cuisine, and refreshing libations of Preacher Bar.

HAPPY Hour is Monday – Friday from 3 PM to 6 PM

We recently had the pleasure of visiting Pint & Pistol in Cocoa, Florida, an incredible establishment that combines a shooting facility, retail store, and eatery. Here’s what made my experience unforgettable:

Food: Pint & Pistol offers a diverse menu of high-end, home-style meals that cater to all tastes. I couldn’t resist trying their delectable tomato soup, made from scratch with fresh tomatoes, dill, and basil. Served with homemade croutons and cheese shavings, it was a comforting and flavorful treat. Additionally, their chicken chest salad, dressed with locally made Caesar dressing, was a delightful combination of tender chicken and crisp greens.

Shooting Facility: Pint & Pistol boasts a state-of-the-art gun range that welcomes gun enthusiasts of all levels. They offer firearm and shooting courses, providing a safe and controlled environment for skill enhancement.

Retail Store: Don’t miss the opportunity to explore their well-stocked retail store, where you can find a wide range of products related to firearms and shooting.

Beer Garden: After shooting or shopping, unwind in Pint & Pistol’s inviting beer garden. Savor a selection of beers and wines while enjoying live music, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax and socialize.

Pint & Pistol truly offers an exceptional experience, whether you’re a food lover, a shooting enthusiast, or simply seeking a unique outing. With their delicious tomato soup and tantalizing Caesar salad, along with the excitement of the shooting facility and the vibrant ambiance of the beer garden, Pint & Pistol has something for everyone. Cocoa, Florida

We recently had the pleasure of visiting Tin Whiskey Southern Kitchen & Still in Cocoa Village and let me tell you, the food was absolutely amazing! Formerly known as Murdock’s Southern Bistro, they underwent a full renovation and now offer a delightful culinary experience.

One of the highlights of our visit was undoubtedly their French onion soup. It was rich, flavorful, and topped with melted cheese that added the perfect touch. It was hands down one of the best French onion soups we’ve ever had.  They also offer gouda stuffed grilled cheese, brick oven rustic flat pizza, juicy and flavorful hamburgers and Sammie’s to name a few.  And let’s not forget about their libations. We tried the Whiskey Tango Lemonade and the Cape Caribe Pineapple Cider, and both were out of this world!  Brunch is served every Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

HAPPY hour is daily from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Enjoy half of selected beers, wells, and Cutwater liquors. They also have a $1 discount on their signature cocktails and Bugnutty Tin Whiskey Blonde Ale paired with a shot of Tin Cup Bourbon or Rye is $8.

Yes, we just had to try a pizza place!

FM Pizza is a family-owned wood-fired pizza parlor that has an interesting history. Originally starting as a food truck, they expanded and opened their first standalone Pizzeria Bistro in 2019. Situated in the old Eau Gallie Arts District, FM Pizza is housed in a historic former bank building that has been a part of the district since 1922.

We were greeted by a charming interior that boasts two dining rooms, a space for private events, and even a craft cocktail SpeakEasy. It’s evident that FM Pizza has embraced the artistic vibes of the district and created a unique dining experience for their guests.

During our visit, we had the pleasure of trying some of their delectable offerings. We started with the garlic knots, which were perfectly baked and served with a delightful marinara sauce. The hand-tossed wood-fired classic pizza was also very good.

However, the standout dish was their wood-fired pot pizza. This extraordinary creation goes beyond the traditional pizza format. It’s more like a classic bowl of goodness, featuring beef, ham, pepperoni, and sausage, all topped with fresh mozzarella cheese. The combination of flavors and the wood-fired cooking method added a unique touch to this dish, making it a true delight.

FM Pizza is not just a place for great food; it’s also a destination that celebrates art and community. Whether you’re craving their delicious pizzas or looking for a stylish setting to enjoy craft cocktails, FM Pizza has you covered. Don’t miss the chance to visit this charming wood-fired pizza parlor and experience their mouthwatering creations in the heart of the historic Eau Gallie Arts District!
